Getting Started with Hexster
Welcome to Hexster!
This tutorial will guide you through the basics of using Hexster's color wheel and interface. By the end, you'll be able to navigate the app with confidence and start creating your own color palettes.
The Color Wheel
The heart of Hexster is our interactive color wheel. Here's how to use it:
- Click or drag on the wheel to select a color
- Use the lightness slider below the wheel to adjust brightness
- Switch between HEX, RGB, and HSL formats using the tabs
Saving Colors
Once you've found a color you like, it's automatically added to your history. You can also copy the color code by clicking the copy button next to the color display.
Creating Palettes
To create a palette:
- Navigate to the "Palettes" tab
- Click "New Palette"
- Give your palette a name
- Add colors from your current selection or history
